Last Friday we held our annual Gala Music Concert at the Baxter Theater.
Congratulations to all staff and students involved. It was a wonderful evening of music with performances of a very high standard. The concert showcased the school’s premier soloists, vocal groups, instrumental ensembles, bands and the orchestra.

The PHS Music Department held their annual Gala Music Concert at the Baxter on 22 August 2014. The concert was a phenomenal success that showcased the Music Department’s exceptional talent and their dedication to hard work.
The entire week was a highlight for the PHS Music Department. The bands scored as follows in the Tygerberg International Eisteddfod: Senior Marimba Band (96%), Senior Wind Band(94%) and the Jazz Band (90%) and the school's Vocal Persuasion were runners up in the High School Jam final competition at Grand West on Saturday.
