Nabeel swam Cape Town’s first Cape Mile this last Saturday.  This is 1.6 km swim at the Eikenhof Dam in Grabouw.  There were 181 swimmers in his category (age 14-31).   Nabeel did extremely well and came 5^th overall.  Well done Nabeel.
