Pinelands High School Short Film Festival

short film festival PHSWe are excited to announce that Pinelands High School will be hosting our first Short Film Festival. With so many budding film makers in our school we thought it would be appropriate to give them a platform to showcase their work.

The Festival will be happening next week Wednesday, the 30th November, in the Reeler Centre. Page Break will be open at 5.30 for refreshments and we will start at 6pm.

Darryn Joshua, the Director of 'Noem My Skollie', and Simon Beesley, the editor, will be judging the films. 'Noem My Skollie' has just been selected as South Africa's entry to the Academy Awards and recently has been nominated for a Palm Springs Award.

Tickets will be available next week and seats are limited. We look forward to starting a new tradition and appreciation for young film makers.
