Hockey Boys in Action during June/July Holidays

Lance Erasmus and Colborn Greybe participated in the Zonal tournament during the June school holidays. They represented the WP U18 Disas and finished the tournament with a bronze medal.

Chase Newel played in the Zonal tournament at Hartleyvale during the June school holidays. He represented the U16 Disa’s and they won Gold.

WC Basketball

Four of our students were selected for the WC basketball U18 team and participated in the National Inter Provincial basketball tournament . Pinelands High Schools is proud of Amaarah Davis, Erin Amon, Sihle Mkalipi and Adrian Daniels on their achievement.  This WC team came home with Bronze Medals.

Adam Excels Again

Well done to Adam Schroeder who won a bronze medal in the Senior Men's Epee category (that is the over 20's) at the first KZN National Fencing Competition held in Durban this past weekend (14 - 15 February 2015).

Nabeel Sieed and the Cape Mile

Nabeel swam Cape Town’s first Cape Mile this last Saturday.  This is 1.6 km swim at the Eikenhof Dam in Grabouw.  There were 181 swimmers in his category (age 14-31).   Nabeel did extremely well and came 5th overall.  Well done Nabeel.
